Boarding at Country Kennels feels like sleep-away camp for your dog. While you’re on vacation, your dog enjoys a vacation of their own. Every boarding stay is fully customizable, because we want your dog to feel right at home. You can relax knowing your dog is in experienced, caring hands—each guest is looked after by a full-time, professional, certified trainer dedicated to their safety, health, and happiness.

Our kennels are spacious 10’ x 5’ enclosures located in a temperature-controlled building with heated floors. Each kennel includes an elevated bed and constant access to fresh water. We follow your dog’s normal feeding schedule and daily routine as closely as possible, helping them stay comfortable and stress-free during their stay.

To ensure a calm and personalized experience, we host only two dogs at a time. Your dog will never be overwhelmed by large groups. All dogs enjoy individual turnout and do not interact with unfamiliar dogs unless it has been discussed and approved by both the owner and trainer. Trail walks are available as individual walks or pack walks, depending on your dog’s needs.

We also offer a brand-new, securely fenced dog yard where your dog can safely burn off energy. For dogs with a strong learning drive, we have agility obstacles to keep both their body and mind engaged. Weather permitting, dogs enjoy plenty of outdoor time throughout the day—your dog will never be confined to a kennel for 23 hours a day. Dogs go outside first thing in the morning, multiple times throughout the day, and again before bedtime.

Enjoy the ease of our white-glove pick-up and drop-off service, designed to make your travel plans effortless. We’ll transport your dog safely and comfortably, so you can focus on your trip while knowing every detail is handled.

There’s nothing better than returning home to a happy dog waiting for you—let us take care of the logistics and deliver that peace of mind. This premium transportation service is available for $20 each way, covering fuel, travel time, and bridge tolls.

Our 7-day Board & Train program is designed to address obedience and real-life behavior challenges through focused, hands-on training. During their stay, your dog will spend several hours each day working toward becoming a well-mannered, confident companion.

Every training plan is fully customized to fit your dog’s individual needs and your goals as an owner—no one-size-fits-all approaches here. We believe training is most successful when owners are involved, so you’ll be encouraged to visit throughout the week to learn how to properly handle and manage your dog once they return home.

Coming up

We are excited to announce that construction has officially begun on a brand-new building at Country Kennels! Our boutique kennel is designed with your dog’s comfort, space, and well-being in mind.

The new facility will feature four spacious, horse-stall–sized suites, giving each dog a generous 10’ x 12’ private space to relax, stretch, and move around freely. Every suite will include a dog door leading to a private outdoor run, complete with a covered porch—so your dog can enjoy fresh air even on a warm, rainy summer day.

The building will be fully climate-controlled to keep your dog comfortable year-round. Each suite will be outfitted with an elevated bed, continuous access to fresh water, and the comforts of home. With indoor space, we’ll also be able to continue training sessions during bad weather or give dogs room to stretch their legs when outdoor play isn’t possible.

We’re also adding a dog grooming station, allowing your dog to enjoy a bath and brush before heading home. We love sending dogs home feeling fresh, clean, and happy after their time at sleep-away camp.
